FLAVOURLESS AND ODOURLESS. THIS HAS HELPED BOOST MY WORKOUT AND RECOVERY.
This creatine powder comes in a resealable bag and has a spoon included in it to give you the correct messure. You just need 1 of this small spoon mixed into 250ml of water. I put mine in a 500ml protein drink. It has no flavour and is oderless. This only thing I notice is a very slight gritty texture, but it doesn't bother me. It helps give me a boost for my workout and has helped a lot with muscle recovery. Before, I would ache badly the next day, but this seems to have stopped that happening altogether. I have to say it's doing its job in aiding muscle recovery and growth. I am happy with thos product and I am planning on buying more when I need it as I know this one works for me.

Great value if you prefer powder to gummies.
For me, the best feature of this Creatine Powder formulation is the price, which at £3.38 for 100g is up there with the best value in class. It's well packaged, long dated (mine to July 27) and comes with it's own measuring scoop. It also dissolves easily and is pretty much tasteless when mixed with juice. Whilst I still prefer the Gummies and take mine at a higher dose, this is still a great value, high quality offering. Recommended.

Great if you prefer unflavored creatine, or want to mix it yourself with your food.
Creatine comes in many different forms and flavors, this one from VEGAVERO is unflavored, neutral flavor, easy to dissolve in water and provides a boost to your training. It also has no additives. Best thing about this creatine, you can mix it yourself with other stuff in the blender.500g is in the container and there is a dosage guide too. it gives you a 1 scoop suggestion based off 3g per use/day. So in theory you have a couple of months of usage out of that little packet, which means you got 147 doses depending on your usage requirements. You can also mix this with food as well, so can be used to supplement your gym diet.I do prefer powder over gummies as I mix it with water before a gym workout, it helps support short intense workouts and lessen the fatigue and recovery, creatine also helps with muscle growth too. Take 30 mins or 1 hour before your workout is the general recommended usage. I usually drink it just before I start my gym routine, (about 30 mins).Note: One thing to take into consideration is that 3g is considered a standard dose, however if you are on the heavier side, 5g may be more effective for you. So your portion size may vary accordingly. You should never exceed this dose though and always consult a doctor when using food supplements for the first time. Depdending on your loading protocol, (saturation point), this will greatly vary depending on your workout routines.Pros: 3g gives 147 portions, should last a while, unflavored, easy to mix, vegan friendly.Cons: I do prefer flavored ones generally, but I can always add some juice to it.

Decent Creatine
Sometimes I take it before a workout to give me an extra push, sometimes afterwards to help with muscle recovery. Good in both scenarios. Best for dissolving in a cold drink, doesn't taint the taste. Although I work out I don't like to bulk up, and I find that all creatine tends to make my body hang onto water which is a slight downside. But how it works.

Regular creatine powder
There is little to say here other than it is "Regular creatine powder" - it has no flavour. Like every other competitor, it includes a scoopprices vary, so just find the best value per scoop of pure powder and go for it. this has nice packaging!there are a nice amount of serving here, 147.but the implied VEGAN nature of the product is nonsense. of course its vegan. they all are!

Basic Creatine
If like me you work out regularly, then taking a supplement of Creatine after each workout can potentially help to give some improvement to your workouts, by boosting the amount of water in your muscles.First impressions on this brand are that it's just the very basic version, non-micronised, but it is being sold for the same price as you can get 500g of micronised, also called CreaPure. The issue here is that it's harder to dissolve, and it has a somewhat crunchy/gritty texture, unlike its micronised cousin, and this means it's also less effectively absorbed by your digestion process.Whilst there is nothing inherently wrong with this basic creatine, there is no reason to buy a non-micronised version when you can get 500g of micronised for the same price, which is far superior. Unfortunately during pandemic prices of Creatine skyrocketed, with brands making huge profits, and basic creatine like this should be less than half the price it's being sold at, and if you shop around you will get much better.

As described
As described Creatine powder.Disclaimer: I am privileged enough to be part of the Amazon Vine program and as such, I have the opportunity to request products that I would find useful/potentially buy to road test in exchange for an honest review. Very full bag, no wasted packaging here!
You get an absolutely burstingly full bag of Creatine powder here! Love that there's no wasted packaging! Scoop included, but you'll have to hunt for it! I am new to Creatine, so I know it will take a while to work into my system. I had always thought it was really only for body builders/weight lifters etc, but I read that actually a small dosage (around 3-5g) a day for myself, middle aged perimenopausal woman, could be of great benefit for both body and mind. I do lift some weights, but only as part of a resistance training program and nothing particularly heavy. I am mixing this in to my morning (cold) overnight oats and it dissolves well and I can't taste anything out of the ordinary. I haven't tried mixing into fluids. I do like the powder option rather than tablets. Seems of good value.
