I am very pleased with this Sound Health brand of colustrum. It has no taste of its own, is easy to mix with liquid, and the powder is not cakey. Also, it is liposomal, which means it is better absorbed by the body. I have used it in smoothies and even mixed it with yogurt and ice cream. I believe it is strengthening my immune system and supporting better sleep patterns. I noticed a "sparkly" effect with this colustrum powder and researched what caused that. This is what AI told me:"Colostrum, the first milk produced after birth, often appears sparkly or has a slight shimmer due to its unique composition, particularly the high levels of antibodies and carotenoids. These substances, along with other components like fat and proteins, contribute to its thicker, creamier consistency and can create a luminous or sparkly effect when viewed in certain lighting." This was very impressive and convinces me that this is a high quality brand, even though its price point is lower than the previous brand I was using. Highly recommended!

Dissolves well with my high protein drink and is tasteless. It thickens the drink because it foams up in a blender. However, don’t use with just water in a blender because it foams up too much and you actually need a spoon to get it out. Almost like whipped cream so I won’t do that again. It does seem to help my digestion and muscle recovery after a hard workout. My nails grow more quickly and are stronger and my skin seems to be a little healthier looking. Decent price but it used to be $10 cheaper. Delivery is always a day or maybe two.

I’ve been taking this colostrum powder daily for about a week, and I’m already starting to notice small but positive changes. I purchased this product about a month ago and have been using it every day since. I did research of colostrum powder in the past and wanted to try it, but was kind of wishy-washy because of “fad beauty/health products”. I use this powder in my coffee in the morning and it’s super easy with no powder cleanup. There is no chalky taste or smell so I don’t even noticed the difference in my coffee thank god! Hearing that this product helps with muscles performance and recovery was a big thing for me. I was in a bad car accident a few years ago and my recovery after workouts is usually a little bit of a pain in my butt. Ever since using this powder I have notice I’m not as sore in general not just after my workouts! This has helped me want to be more active and I feel more loose and flexible. Which is a great feeling now I’m in my 40’s! My hair has also been a lot smoother and less coarse(this is in the winter and I dye my hair too) which has been a nice plus. The family all fell under the winter sickness spell during the holidays and I woke up one day feeling a little icky and that my body was fighting something. Did not taking any medicine and woke up the next day feeling better. Not saying it’s a miracle worker but I’m the only one who has been taking this colostrum powder in my house. So maybe it really does help boost immunity and fight infections? I sure feel like it helped me this winter season. It really works to keep me regular and help digestion, also make my hair stronger I only lose a couple hairs in the shower now. I tried this brand after Armra because I wanted something less expensive and it's a good alternative, the only thing I would complain about is that it's super sticky compared to Armra! I mean I don't take it in anything I just throw a scoop in my mouth and go. This brand just takes forever to get stuck off my teeth and top of my mouth, sometimes I have to use a fork or something to scrap it off lol. But maybe if you dissolve it in water it would be ok, haven't tried that! Remember never put your colostrum in hot drinks or drink hot drinks with it, it kills the enzymes or something I think...
