cleans ANYTHING in 6 minutes max. tried master smoke and soaked for 3 days, it got like 60%. Randy's was done in 5 minutes... and make sure you get the official brand with the yellow orange and red flag, not the lookalike... shame on amazon for allowing that nonsense.

Love this. Have been using it for a few months now. Just use in a ventilated area or wear a mask i guess. Wash your hands THROUGHLY.

Pros: This product cleaned my piece and it was very easy, I had months worth of guck stuck to the glass. It cleaned my bowl and stem kinda weird and I had to do some extra digging, but overall still cleaned very well.Cons: My box came smashed, I lost 1/4 of the bottle. It also had a lingering chemically oder. Kinda expected it but man the box was ruined and smelled very weird and who wants to touch a wet chemically smelling box.
