Buonissimo Italian Wood Roasted Coffee Blend - Antica Tostatura Triestina - 2.2 Pound

I am so glad I can get this coffee here in the U.S.Color is perfect mocha when you grind it, and I noticed I use 5% less than other brands to extract similar espresso shots. Another difference I noticed is that beans feel harder during the grind. It may be due to how they are roasted.I used it on a semi-automatic espresso maker but not in my fully automatic one. I do not recommend it for fully automatic espresso machines since mine always tends not to compress the coffee as much, and there is not much difference between high-end beans versus regular Italian ones.

We were searching for a new coffee, stumbled on this one and gave it a shot. Absolutely amazing taste, had the whole family try it and they loved it. Will be buying again and highly recommend!
