Awesome Little Water Heater
This little hot water heater is AWESOME!!! Our elderly Mom moved in with our family and we have 5 people in the house now. We live in the Colorado mountains in a small cabin and our original hot water heater was just too small to keep up with 5 people in the house showering along with doing the dishes. We are so glad we took the step to try this out because it has literally been a game changer in our house. It takes about an hour to heat up to your desired temperature and you can literally have a full shower. I can't say you can turn it on full blast the whole time but if you are frugal you can literally take a full shower. We are thankful they make these little hot water heaters, especially ones you can just plug in and be up and running instead of having to wire it into your electrical.

Superb performance
A tough made heater that performs real well for us. The perfct size for a smaller family or a smaller cabin/home. It was so easy for my husband to install that we did not need to hire a professional. We are also pleased with how quickly water heats up for our showers. Self explanatory dials and great capacity for its smaller size. Great wiring and tough tubing. Easily secured and a wonderful value worth the money for sure. Extremely simple to control the temperature. No trouble with leaking or accidental scalding.

Leaking valve that is not being replaced.
Installed it the next day after receiving. As soon as I turned the water on the over pressure valve was leaking. After wading through the Amazon garbage on 12-10-24 it was decided they would send me a whole new complete unit which is ridiculous for just a small valve leaking. It was left at the shipper 12-13-24. Shipped the next day. On 12-17-24 it was marked “delayed in transit”. Its shipping never changed. Again Amazon chat started on 12-20-24. This time I was told to give it 24-48 hours. Today is 12-22-24 it still has “delayed in transit” listed on 12-17-24 as shipping status. I go to my original order and the one I received is no longer pictured. 12 days and still no way to fix my leak except keep the water off going to it. What is going on?
