This awning and the material it is made from in addition to the manufacturing process of the sun shade is of great quality.. It has withstood months of triple digit heat and is breathable enough that when high winds hit, it stays attached and doesn't rip, like a canvas type tarp material will do.. Great investment to preserve your area and the things you want shielded from the elements, even in the rain it will divert the water to an extent... Great material and investment from outdoor protection and attractive in most applications...

I haven't had a chance to install this yet, but it seems really nice. Like a heavy duty tarp that isn't fully opaque. I only need a small area covered, so I am planning on folding this in half when hanging it so that the rings overlap and it's stronger in the wind.
