I just got the MR22GA remote for my LG TV, and I’m seriously impressed. Setting it up was a total breeze—just pop in two AA batteries (FYI, they’re not included), and you’re good to go. Pairing it was super easy, exactly like the original remote that came with my TV, so switching over was a no-brainer.I’m using this remote with my 2020 LG 85" 4K LED Ultra HD TV (model 85UK6500UA), and it works perfectly. One of my favorite features is how it starts off with infrared but switches to Bluetooth after pairing. This gives it a crazy good range—up to 35 feet! Plus, I don’t even have to point it directly at the TV anymore, which is a game-changer.The voice control kicks in right after pairing, which is super handy, and the pointer function makes navigating menus and apps so much easier.The build quality is also top-notch. The scroll wheel feels sturdy and smooth, with nice little clicks as you scroll. The directional buttons around it are really responsive, too, and they make this satisfying, quiet click—not like those cheap remotes with obnoxiously loud buttons.Overall, the MR22GA is a fantastic upgrade. It’s easy to use, packed with great features, and feels like it’s built to last. This remote is 100% better than the original remote that came with my LG T.V! The original had way to many buttons!I love the microphone and cursor on the new remote and the simplicity.

Much better than original remote. No programming or syncing necessary, it just automatically worked with my tv. Also, the buttons are more responsive than tv roku remote. Glad I got two pack...

Eh they are ok for the price. Every time you click a button even the side volume button the light blink which is kinda annoying especially when you are watch something at night and the light is just flashing. The are also very laggy. I have a Heisen Roku TV it literally take clicking the volume button at least 5/10 times just to get the volume to go up or down. The only plus is that you get two. Not even worth the hassle going to return them.Update: the seller has kindly processed a full refund. They also did give me the option to send me two brand new remotes, but I just opted for the refund instead, this company was very kind and reached out to me to resolve the matter very helpful very kind changing my review from one star to four stars for great customer service

I bought a brand new 55UQ7070 but it didn’t come with a remote (???). So I bought this remote here.It uses two AA batteries. NOTE: this remote *does not* come with batteries; hope you have some AA batteries on hand.The buttons are very responsive. Swinging the remote will bring up the little cursor. I say it’s quite magical. It gives you instructions on how to connect the remote to the tv… but I quite literally added some batteries and my tv started registering the remote. So simple.It might just be magic!I wasn’t sure how this one would compare to the others of the same kind, but I’m glad I went with this one!

I ordered this as a replacement for the remote that came with the TV due to some damage to remote by my dog. It paired quickly with the TV and has been able to utilize every feature of the remote, including voice and motion functionality. The remote appears identical to the default remote and gets the job done.As I am a pickier customer, I do have a few gripes. One comes from the motion tech in the remote - the cursor typically will follow your point, but will also often drift while you are not moving at all. When the remote chooses to drift, the motion functionality becomes worthless as it becomes a battle to get the pointer over your selection.Another gripe is that the buttons do not seem to have the same responsiveness as the default remote. The original remote will turn the volume up until you let go of the volume up button, but the replacement remote will only turn up 3-5 notches at a time before it stops recognizing the volume up input.Overall a fine replacement if you need a spare for whatever reason, but ultimately makes my TV feel less premium due to poor remote performance.

Piece of crap! 1) Arrow floats all over my 86" tv. 2) up, down, left, & right tabs barely work ( if pressure is NOT exactly in the 1/4 of button, you can Tab, & find yourself right back where you started! 3) trying to fast forward, or reverse is a joke! It will move (barely) then most times return to where you started! Piece of CRAP! My broken original remote works a hundred times better, just wish I could take the little spinning ball out of the new one and put it in the old one. All I needed was that silly little ball to start and stop everything.

Love this remote for my LG TV! Super easy to set up. Had to replace my old one after it took a dive onto my hardwood floors and bit the dust. Stuck with the same model because I loved it so much - though this time I got a silicone case to armor up! Only real downside? The button labels start fading after some use. Once you memorize the buttons, it’s no biggie, but definitely something to know before buying.
