Just as described, it's a replacement Hisense Roku t v remote, brand new and yep, works on Hisense Roju smart TV....... I recommend purchasing this 2 pack if you have said TV and kids.... remotes get lost in the strangest places, some of which are NEVER seen again..... good price and back up remotes are NICE

Super great item all I did was put the batteries in and it worked , no programming.

One out of the two remotes works perfectly, the one, when you press the right arrow, it won’t activate, but the other works perfecctly, i have two hisense tv’s to control in my home

easy to use, I can use these on any roku tv I own in my place. I am constantly losing remotes so these being a good price I can always find one to use throughout my apartment. Quality is good. there is no voice control that I know of. Buttons work well.

Lack of instruction with the remote was a big problem. Arrived in bubble wrap. 2 remotes, Nothing else. No paperwork at all. After spending 20 min. googling how to connect this remoteall i could find was how to connect voice remotes. I tried the pairing remote option on my tv. Again only voice remote pairing. It did tell me if it didnt have thehole by the power button to try the pairing method on the left. So i did. Didnt work. At this point i needed to walk away. Next morning went back to amizon to just return them. As a last ditch effort i looked the remotes up again to see if there was instructions. Scrolling to look for detail info. I find the details stating just put batteries in and its ready to go. REALLY!!!! Im 56 so maybe this is a generational issue but all the information i needed to know thos remote was the one i needed was on the screen it opened to.So i assumed the instructions for the pairing would come in the box like everything else ive purchased all my life. Kind of think most people would consider the insert batteries and go to be the best feature of this device. Should be one of the first things you read on the screen it opens to. That being said..... REMOTE ITSELF IS SPECTACULAR. Wonderfuly easy to set up. Works the same as the remote I replaced so ease of use is a given.
