I am a mouth breather and my mouth becomes very dry. It does take a little getting used to having this item on your face especially the cheek area. It has ear holes which make it comfortable around your ears. It fits my head but wish it was a little bigger. I would think if you had a big head, this would be uncomfortable because it will need to be pulled tighter to fit. . I try to adjust for comfort knowing that I still need to adjust the item so it will keep my mouth closed during the night. I just need to remember to apply this item before I fall off to sleep.

I highly recommend this product. Don’t be fooled by the low cost, there’s nothing low quality about this product whatsoever and amazing value because I noticed results after one hour of use and after 3 hours of use over the course of three days, my coworkers started noticing the slimming of my face. This has boosted my confidence immensely and now I can focus on eating enough to stay healthy but keeping a snatched jawline. I’m telling you, buy it now!

I wore this lift mask for three nights. The ear holes are not adjustable and apparently my ears are set back too far for this mask… it pulls on my ears and therefore is too painful to wear all night. Too bad, because I thought it was helping my jawline.

I’ve been using this face shaper strap for a few weeks, and overall, I’m pretty happy with it! The material is soft, breathable, and comfortable to wear without feeling too tight. It stays in place well and is easy to adjust. I have noticed a slight improvement in my jawline and face contour, but it definitely requires consistent use to see results. It’s not an instant fix, and you need to be patient. Also, it can feel a bit snug after wearing it for a long time.

Works best and faster if you pair with facial exercises for 5 minutes before putting it on. Use it overnight for a week then give your face a break and then alternate days.

It’s is not as comfortable as others I have tried. Should have returned but missed the window.

I use this product to keep my mouth closed at night so that my mouth doesn't get so dry. I live alone so can't verify if it prevents snoring, but my guess is that it would. Also it's comfortable unlike some other chin straps I've used. Priced reasonably too.
