This creatine monohydrate gummy tastes very good. The gummy is a small rectangular slab. You must eat 4 to get a full daily dose. It is easy to take a half dose twice a day if you prefer. It is easy to swallow because you can chew it.

First of all, these things are delicious! They taste great! I purchased these for the convenience when I travel for work. No messy powders that dont absorb well. The price is great compared to other gummies. I would def give them a try.
