I am in to my third week of using the cream and my breasts feel and look fuller. I know it is too early to judge so I won’t. I have been reading a lot about natural breast enlargement and one thing I see mentioned is breast massage. My morning routine is to take a warm shower, fifteen minutes of breast massage while in the shower and then after drying off I apply the cream. One big advantage is since my breasts are warm from the shower the cream spreads much easier and I use less. Otherwise, it is thick and you use more to cover. I have also started taking a supplement meant to support breast growth. Am I going to change mole hills in to mountains? I wish, but that isn’t very realistic without implants. I have been using this product for 8 days every morning and every night. I have seen a change in just these last 8 days. As long as you follow the steps they send you in the free pdf booklet then you will see changes. Massaging 3-5 minutes I would say is a must. Also right after a hot shower or placing a hot towel for at least a minute helps the cream work better. I have even used a heating pad then used the cream. I've been using for 6 months. I've also lost about 15lbs in that 6 months. I typically lose breast size when I lose weight so I bought this product hoping I could keep my breasts the same size. That did happen!! So I can't complain.I have repurchased 4 times in the last 6 months and am still using the 4th bottle. I am a plump 34B.
