Disappointed Sonic fan
My eight year old grandson loves all things Sonic. He was so excited to receive the water bottle, snack box , and lunchbox. Unfortunately, the lunch box zipper was broken. When he opened his present (some days after the last day of return), it was too late to return it. Is there any possibility that I could mail it back for an exchange? I would greatly appreciate it!

The zipper part was horrible
I had to cut away from the inside to get it to zip closed. My son loves it. But the zipper when you try to open it kept getting stuck to the plastic inside the bag.

I had to keep sonic because my grandson love it so much. The only thing is the zipper keep getting caught in insulation which makes it harder to unzip even for and adult
