My wife loves cheesecake but, she is the only one in our family that does. These little bite size morsels cure her hankering without wasting anything.

I was recommended this product from a friend and it was really delicious! I love the texture and the flavor is exactly cheesecake but I feel better about these bite size pieces vs eating a whole slice. These are a great sweet treat to pack with lunches too!

In my opinion, the texture is a little to hard/dense. I would reformulate the recipe so when you bite down it is not so hard and the mouth feel a little softer.....but still crispy. Also, they should introduce more salt to to give the product a sweet/savory taste.
