I bought this portable 12-volt fridge for my husband's birthday. He loves this addition to the Tesla! It’s been a game-changer for road trips and daily outings. The fridge itself works ok but the tensioning screws to keep it in place stopped working after a few weeks and just turn freely without securing the fridge causing it to move side to side easily.I contacted the seller who offered no assistance. Beware that if you buy this and it breaks, the seller will leave you SOL!!!

The first one ordered had issues with the door staying closed.. however I returned it and ordered another one.. so far so good!

Honestly it's nice. Great packaging, installs easily, works well. The problem is the person sitting in the center rear seat has almost zero leg room and has to straddle it/. Also, the way it sits is easy to be kicked as kids and people are sliding in and out. I could see a door getting ripped off easily.

In theory, this product is great. Keeps things cool and is super convenient. Problem is, the cable is to be plugged into the vehicle's 12v outlet, which in the Model Y is inside the center console. The cable gets flattened every time you open the center console, leading to cable damage. After about a year, you have to take extra care and hold the plug in a certain way when closing, often taking 20-30 seconds each time you open the console.
