Full 50 spf protection lightweight feel.
I’ve been using Clarins sun products for years. This is a new formula and it’s full coverage and lightweight. Protects face well. Actually I recommend all of Clarins Sunscreen for face and body.

Great. Worth the price
My friend let me uses hers. My skin was glowing and looked nice. I was freaked out by the price. I mean $40 is a lot for a sunscreen. However, it's worth it. A little goes a long way. I will be buying this from now.

4.5 out of 5
One of the standout features of this sunscreen is its lightweight, non-greasy formula. As someone with combination skin, I often struggle to find sunscreens that don’t leave a shiny residue. The "dry touch" claim is accurate—this sunscreen absorbs quickly, leaving a matte finish that feels smooth and comfortable. It layers well under makeup, which is a bonus for daily use. With SPF 50, it provides strong protection against UVA and UVB rays, making it suitable for daily use, even in sunny or high-exposure environments. I appreciate that it doesn't have that typical sunscreen scent, which can sometimes be overpowering.Clarins is known for incorporating skincare benefits into their products, and this sunscreen is no exception. It’s enriched with plant-based ingredients that help protect against environmental stressors beyond just UV rays. Over time, I noticed that my skin felt more hydrated and balanced, without any breakouts or irritation.True to its name, the sunscreen has a dry-touch finish, which is fantastic for anyone with oily or combination skin. It keeps my skin looking fresh throughout the day, without the need for frequent touch-ups. It’s also water-resistant, making it a great option for outdoor activities. The only downside is the price point, which is on the higher side. However, considering the quality and dual benefits of sun protection and skincare, it feels like a worthwhile investment. Also, those with very dry skin might find it a bit too matte and may need to layer it with a more hydrating moisturizer.Overall, the Clarins NEW Dry Touch Face Sunscreen is an excellent product that delivers on its promises. It’s ideal for those looking for a high-performance sunscreen that blends well into their skincare routine without leaving a greasy finish. While it’s a bit of a splurge, the quality and results make it a product I would definitely recommend.

A little oily
Great smell but a little on the oily side. When the temperature raises, it feels like your face is melting.

Lightweight Sunscreen with Solid Protection but Room for Improvement
I've been on the hunt for a good facial sunscreen that doesn't leave me feeling greasy, so I was excited to try this new Dry Touch formula from Clarins. The SPF 50+ broad spectrum protection sounded promising, and I liked that it was supposed to be lightweight and suitable for all skin types. When I first applied it, I was pleasantly surprised by the texture - it's definitely on the thinner side and doesn't feel heavy or sticky on the skin. It absorbed quickly and left a nice, matte finish. No dreaded white cast either, which is a huge plus!I've been using it daily for a few weeks now, and I appreciate that it doesn't seem to irritate my somewhat sensitive skin. The antioxidants are a nice bonus too - I feel like I'm getting a bit of extra skincare along with my sun protection. However, there are a couple of things that keep me from giving this a full five stars. For one, the scent is a bit stronger than I'd like. It's not unpleasant, but it does linger for a while after application. If you're sensitive to fragrances, it's something to keep in mind. Also, while the initial finish is nice and matte, I have noticed that it can start to feel a bit drying as the day goes on, especially if I'm spending a lot of time outdoors. I sometimes find myself reaching for my moisturizer by mid-afternoon to combat that tight feeling.Lastly, the price point is a bit steep for the amount of product you get. At 1.7 ounces, it's not the most generous size, especially considering how often sunscreen should be reapplied.Overall, I think this Clarins sunscreen is a solid choice if you're looking for effective sun protection with a lightweight, non-greasy feel. Just be prepared for a noticeable scent and a potentially drying effect with extended wear. And maybe stock up during a sale to offset that higher price tag!

Silky, undetectable sun protection for this mature skin
I’m being double-teamed by my mother and daughter over my failure to use sunscreen. Mom has concerns because of a cousin that was recently diagnosed with skin cancer, and daughter is lecturing me because I recently began using retinols. To quiet the noise, I agreed to start using sunscreen on my daily walks. First I tried a known brand but it was so thick and oily that I wasn’t a fan. Daughter did some research and suggested this Clarins brand of Dry Touch Face Sunscreen and I’m so glad I tried it.It absorbed into my mature skin immediately, and for the rest of the morning after I applied it, I kept checking it for greasy feel or shiny look. I had neither. The texture of my skin felt silky, and I didn’t see any accumulation in the creases or fine lines. I was so complimentary about my experience that my daughter had to give it a try too. Her experience wasn’t as good. With the added moisture naturally in her skin, she found that the sunscreen lingered on her skin and felt very tacky- never really absorbing. It’s been something that we’ve noticed about products before. Things that absorb into my thirsty skin don’t necessarily translate to a great product for her.I’m very happy with this sunscreen and will be diligent about applying before going outdoors. That’s the best endorsement of a product: loved AND used by the buyer.
