New Earbuds won't work properly
I have been using Portronics products from quite a while and the product which I have used earlier are still with me and working fine. But this particular item is giving me hard time (Harmonics Twins smart TWS Earbuds). Whenever I connect this earbuds to my one+ phone it will get connected and while I am on a call on WhatsApp it would suddenly disconnect however in the phone it's will show connected. I never thought that I will give Portronics a 1*

Average Sound Quality
Sound quality is very average. they mention 13mm driver but its not look like 13 mm driver sound quality. very cheap sound. so don't buy.

Not for calls but for music!
I bought these earbuds after careful research and reading all the reviews. But I am disappointed with the performance as this is only good for music and not for calls. There is no voice clarity during calls and sound is miffed and barely audible at the caller's end.
