it's ok. perhaps i bought this stuff too far from my injury (twisted my knee skiing), two weeks after injury in fact. it definitely gets cold, and lasts a while. at the start it seemed to help, then about a week later it seemed to make it worse. maybe i'm using it wrong, but that's my experience anyway.

Great for easing back pain

Easy to apply to my injury, no mess on your hands, and it works very good, would recommend for any soft tissue injury.

Very good. Not cheap, but helped a lot. When you think it's empty, leave it upside down and you'll find there is quite a bit left.

Nice and cool and absorbent....but not enough gel...needs to be cheaper or bigger for the money...won’t be buying again...
