This is better than coffee to wake me up. I love wasabi so these individual packs are perfect. Very spicy. Loves it

These appear to be a great source of protein. At first I wasn't sure about the burning of the nasal cavity that happens for a second, anytime you eat wasabi, but after switching to a different flavor, I found myself craving the wasabi ones

It's a healthy snack
