Ok, so initially I had bought this and it was awsome but it leaked. Well ill tell you what, this company stood behind their product and reached out to me. I sent then a video of it leaking and they replaced it. And the new one is great, no leaks. They also said that they would refund my money. Now I'm not that kind of person. All I want is what I paid for and they delivered. So no i don't want a refund. Your company held up it's end and I'm cool with that. So I totally would buy this again. This I bought to help train my 2 new kittens. I can see this to be very popular with the younger kids. Buy it, it's a great toy, even if you just messing with you're spouse. It is fun. Thanks again for the company reaching out. You definitely stand behind youre product

I ordered the pair just under a yr ago and pulled them out, recharged the batteries but one would not work. I emailed support and waited. They replied and took care of the problem by sending me a new gun as a replacement. It's rare to be treated fairly, or even more than, these days. Color me pleasantly surprised and more hopeful.Thanks, Kelly

EDIT: The manufacturer contacted me soon after I posted this review. They replaced all 4 damaged waterguns. They understood from me what caused the failure - excess pressure on the trigger. If you don’t overdo the force, the gun should have a long life.This gun fails within 1-3 months. Even with a fully charged battery,, suddenly pulling trigger has no effect. I took apart my most recent purchase (of four I bought) and found the cause: the rear of the trigger, a piece of plastic, moves one of the microswitch elements to touch the other one, closing the circuit. That piece of plastic broke, so pulling the trigger doesn’t close the microswitch, and the gun is dead, not easily reparable.

I purchased a few of these. They're so much fun in a water fight... And, they're perfect for chasing squirrels from eating the fruit off of our mulberry tree...The water can steam is 25+ft in a fast stream and are perfect for a water gun fight with/for then children or grandchildren or friends... I highly recommend. You won't be sorry with this purchase

Arrived in good condition and on time. Easy to use, has both good range and good battery life.It does a great job of scaring away the sparrows that had colonized our woodpecker feeder.

A store squirt guns go it seems to be not very strong at all. It’s rather large, but doesn’t seem to go very far and the squirt itself is very thin. I feel it was overpriced and doesn’t really do much of a job. I would like to return it
