Q: Will someone seriously tell me what the meaning behind this shirt is?

It’s a joke about an expression “That’s not a good sign” is an expression people use as an indication of something that is not good. Example: It’s not a good sign when the check engine light comes on during a test drive. The shirt has a picture of a sign that reads “bad” (synonym for not good), so the stick figure is pointing out the obvious that a sign with the word bad on it is in fact is not a good sign.

Large tall seems to be from shoulders to waistline being taller than the normal size.
