My original remote for my sound bar died. I bought this as a replacement and it worked right out of the box. And in my opinion as an added bonus, the new remote takes AAA batteries and not a 2032 button battery like the original. If you have a Samsung sound bar than this is the remote for you. I'd highly recommend!
