BAKKEN Pan – A Game-Changer for Bacon Lovers!
The BAKKEN pan is a must-have for anyone who loves bacon. It easily fits a whole package of bacon, and the raised rack design allows all the excess fat to drip away, giving you perfectly crispy, less greasy bacon every time. The drip tray at the bottom catches all the fat, keeping your oven clean and making disposal simple.I appreciate that the pan is made with non-toxic materials, providing peace of mind when cooking for my family. Cleanup is a breeze—even with baked-on grease, a quick wipe-down is all it takes. The bacon turns out wonderfully, and this pan has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. I highly recommend the BAKKEN pan for anyone who wants an easy, mess-free way to cook bacon!

Incredible bacon cooker!
This tray cooks the most incredible crispy bacon in the oven I have ever had. Cleanup is easy and there is no splattered grease. You can cook up to 11 strips at a time.

Not crispy-don’t buy
Don’t waste your money on this pan. Only the end pieces get crispy so you still have to fry them in a pan if you want them all done. It worked better to just put them flat on a pan to bake and blot off grease with a paper towel. Less work and mess and they turn out crispy.

Works as advertised, but...
Cooks bacon well but it doesn't look well-cooked.

Trial and error
Pros:Catches grease and fats. Making for easy cleanup.Cons:The rack rows aren't tall enough or deep enough depending how you look at it. Bacon falls over as soon as it softens if it's too tall. Shorter bacon may work better. A full rack of bacon is likely to leave quite a few pieces woefully undercooked once pieces fall over.I use Wright's bacon because I like thick cut bacon. If a deeper/taller rack is offered at any point I may try it. As it stand it will suffice.I cook my bacon at 400 for 24 minutes roughly. Fat cap side up and every other slot. I have an older stove though so be warned. Experience my vary.

Perfect pan!
Cooks exactly as shown. The pan is deep enough to catch all the grease easily and cleans up like a dream; I rinse and put in the dishwasher. I've used it half a dozen times and it truly still looks like new. To store it I flip the rack upside down into the tray which gives it a slimmer storage profile.
