I received all as I wanted, although came in another box.

after 6 months screen will not maintain brightness. It gets darkerwithout any adjustments. it goes light and dark without any adjustments.

Shipping: it arrived brand new, nothing broken, nothing scratched, and shipped on time.The laptop: Two days of use.I charged it fully before turning on the laptop for the first time.The battery life only lasts 4 hours with youtube on.2 rounds of updates in the first 2 days and during the second update the fan got very loud and hot air was blowing out of the back vent. It stopped after the laptop finished reset but who knows what that issue may become on the long run. I have the laptop on a ventilated stand so this behavior is odd.Day 2 I also noticed a little glitching on YouTube, it only happened once but it's something I wouldn't expect from a brand new laptop with hardly anything on it.I didn't expect this from a brand new laptop. My last HP laptop lasted 10 years, but right now with this one I'm just hoping this lasts at least a year because $600 (shipping included) is a lot to me.

This laptop replaced my desktop and has been an amazing piece of equipment to use on a daily basis

I loved this laptop. Smooth, easy to use, even ran the sims. Till it didn't. The fan went out! I barely had this thing and wam bam next thing I knew it was broke.Thankfully the makers were nice and fixed it for free. GET THE WARRANTY!! Since I got my fan fixed it has been great to me. Runs multiple games at a time. It's fast and the battery life is amazing.Put in your backpack and you won't feel a thing. It's light and easy to pack.
