Great taste, decent price, enough salt for keto/carnivore dieters! We bought it for travel purposes, we usually mix our own for cost reasons, but this was great for the convenience factor and not having to attempt to get a white powder/crystal unlabeled substance through TSA checks! lol We know what’s in it, but for obvious reasons, that wouldn’t “fly”! Also cheaper and less questionable ingredients than the most well known brand. Highly recommended.

Blue Slushies electrolytes flavor is absolutely yummy! If you remember the blue slushies blue razz flavor that we used to get from the store on a hot summer day (aka for me…ICEE) then you will really like these. Not too sweet not too salty, flavor is right on and I am absolutely excited that I can have these on my keto lifestyle!!

These were excellent for my son who was leaving on deployment where it was going to be very hot. They can use these when they are on flight deck and wearing heaving clothing in the sun & heat. Much better than just water.

Probably one of my favorite brands of electrolytes. Orange is my favorite followed by Lemon Lime. It is super salty tasting if you put it in 16 oz of water. I like the high sodium content, it means I dont have to drink more then 3 a day. It dissolves well, non gritty.

4.5 starsReally good chocolate flavor, but not my top one. I was hesitant to buy this product since many people were giving one star ratings talking about how artificial taste was. However, I ended up loving the taste and totally recommend the chocolate if you’re one to crave sweet, salty, drinks to replenish your electrolytes. There is a hint of artificial flavor, but it isn’t overbearing, nor is it a totally sugar-bomb like the other highly rated electrolyte brand on the market. It also is maybe a touch less salty than LMNT. I also love how KetoChow doesn’t use maltodextrin in their electrolytes as I have learned more about the substance and now like to stay away from it as much as I can. I regret buying only the chocolate version and not the chocolate variety to see how the caramel differs from the plain chocolate.

Great flavor. I walk several miles a day and will bring this along. Really helps me feel hydrated especially as it’s getting warmer out. I’ve tried some other hydration packets, and although this one has a good amount of sodium in it I don’t feel like it is overly salty like some other brands.

As soon as I opened the (very wrinkled) bag and picked out a packet, my nose was ASSAILED with the stench of mildew and super strong plastic chemical smell. The smell inside the bag is horrid - smells like it was sitting in the back of a dank, dusty old warehouse... mixed with a strong plastic chemical smell that seems very much like it's coming from the bag the packets are being sold in. So, it looks like this KETO CHOW company has AT LEAST two issues that they quite clearly know about, because when I came here to make sure that I hadn't mistakenly purchased this product from a 3rd party seller (I did not), I see several other 1-star reviews that say similar things. 1) The bags they use are clearly UNHEALTHY and 2) The warehouse they use to store them has a moisture and mildew problem.What really burns me up is that when I go to look at the expiration date, I can't even make out the expiration date or the batch number because they are all blurred out... How is that even legal to sell product in that condition?Shame on Keto Chow for continuing to sell product in this condition that people ingest. I hope Amazon is alerted and puts a stop to these nefarious practices before someone gets sick. They are trying to take advantage of the problems that LMNT is having by touting not using maltodextrin. I thought I would try them out because they have more potassium and sodium, but I'd rather eat the maltodextrin that LMNT says they didn't know about, than the mildew and chemicals coming from this packet of UNFLAVORED SALTT (Clean Slate) that Keto Chow DOES know about. And they are not even offering refunds on their faulty "health" products. LMNT Raw Unflavored for the WIN. In fact... let me head over there right now to leave a positive review for my multiple verified purchases. By the way, I was just planning to exchange this box - not leave a negative review. But since there are no refunds, here I am!

Love this mango flavor. It's almost over-flavored but you can dilute to taste depending on water added. This is truly drinkable and affordable. I have used LMNT and other electrolyte mixes but I like this one best. I use it right in the morning for wake up hydration and immediate benefits of potassium and magnesium before working out
