a) Product does refuses to charge, tried with different charges & cables,b) Had called Amazon customer support within 24 hours and did not help,c) I was assured of prompt response within 4 days and still there is no closure.It is understandable that product might not carry any guaranty, however when defective product is delivered then supplier is duty bound to replace the product.

It's a nice product...working fine till date..u can select the duration and level of mist diffusion....and freedom to use u r choice of fragrance ....as it uses pure Aroma oil, leads to a more intense aromatic experience.

Just add the essential oil of choice in the provided bottle and off you go.The diffusion mechanism is seamless, makes a tiny hissing sound while diffusing. No water or heat, works well at a desk or in the car.The battery lasts quite a few days depending on the frequency you’ve set for operation. Charges via USB-C cable, which is great and the efficiency of essential oil usage is well balanced. I have been using it in the car for over 2 weeks and has been working fantastically well.A highly recommended product and money well spent.
