Been using since a month, daily soak 1 or 2 pieces at night and have in the morning... Decent quality, flavourless gel once soaked, body feels cooler... Some crystals have dirt and debris, which when soaked swells overnight, and extra work to remove from gel like crystals. Premium quality should not have that... But mostly đź‘Ť good
