Q: Can you stack two bead racks so you can make a taller piece?

Maureen, I am not sure about that but I have made my own stands out of clay for taller objects and just used the wire that came with the bead rack stilt.

Q: This bead rack is for nothing higher than a cone 03 fire in a kiln. Not for 04-10. Correct?

I had to refer to a Cone equivalency chart to answer this... It shows the lower fire numbers in reverse order (counting down) and then continuing with high fire numbers in increasing order (lower 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10). The Cone corresponding to the racks specs of 2025 degrees F would be Cone 02. If I understand the chart correctly, the bead rack would be appropriate for Cone 022 - Cone 03 and in some cases for Cone 02. For this info, I referred to the pyrometric chart at: http://www.clay-king.com/kilns/pyrometric_cone_temperature_chart.html. At my rec center we've been firing mostly Cone 06-05 which is lower temp, and it's worked fine. Hope that helps.

Q: Can I buy just replacement rods

You can buy replacement rods at bisqueimports.com, as well as the bead rack. I have used mine and really like it. Bought mine on Amazon.
