I've tried several of the 365 brand microwavable grain combos. Every one of them is delicious. None taste particularly salty but most of them have high sodium.

The package says 1 serving. However, if you use it like I did, it makes a good 2 servings. I made a casserole. Very versatile. This had great taste. Very easy to prepare. I would buy this again.
