They do the job!
I'm a newcomer to yoga, so I'm no expert... These blocks are seemingly well made and do the job they're supposed to and the same applies to the strap.

Short strap
Ideal for placing feet on if sitting at a desk, but mainly use for yoga when can't fully bend to reach the floor. The strap is short so it has limited use and a couple of times I've had to attach another short strap to it.
