Worked Great for my use
I altered it to use as a motor for my bead roller, which turned out great.

Powerful
This thing has some nice power for the price...I loaded 4 stoves and a side by side refrigerator into the back of a trailer in 20 minutes all by my lonesome.,.added wire extensions on it to clamp on to my battery and extensions to the controller and was ez pee zee lemon squeezy...the metal frame is super sturdy and the cable is strong...if u aren't trying to pull anything other a mack truck out of the Grand Canyon u should b happy with this winch for the price.

Surprisingly good for the money
I had a fancy warn winch running the plow in my atv. The warn died and I needed something to keep my plow going for the winter. I hoped this would last a storm or 2. It's worked so well that I haven't taken the time to put the warn back on yet. This cheap little guy lasted a whole plowing season running a 60 inch plow up and down in deep snow.

Check the construction of this product and test all electrical components before you try to install.
This unit was not a good product. It was not assembled properly. The screws attaching the frame to the unit were cross threaded and stripped. I tried to correct the issue. Upon testing the remote controls neither of them would operate the wench. Had to remove the mounted unit and return it for replacement. After the replacement wench arrived I remounted it and tested. The replacement wench operated as it was intended to. I have not used it to test the capability however I expect it to work just fine.

Ripped my fingers up!
Set the clutch to neutral on arrival to unwind and check length and ran my hand down the wire and it ripped through 2 fingers leaving a bloody mess. There are some broken pieces of wire already and the length is NOT 50 ft like the description says. It is more like 30 ft which is WAY shorter than I needed for my project. POS Chinese junk as usual.

Used it first day cable started parting? Rollers did not turn when cable went against them?
It will work but not real happy with the cable quality! Pulled up wood for splitter none over 450 lbs. Straight pull only, rollers did not turn, cable started to part.
