The item arrived in a very small heavy box. There was some assembling to do but very little. Little bag of nuts and bolts and five minutes. I was ready to use it. Works absolutely perfectly. I did buy the 3 ton mainly because I have all little cars. I would recommend this for anyone. You don't really have to be mechanical to put it together.

A little shacky ALL WAYS USE JACK STANDS

This type of lift is perfect for anyone doing auto work on a budget. This can lift more weight higher and faster than most floor jacks I've seen, even though they can cost 5x to 10x as much!It is really quite fast (~5 seconds to full height with load) but still easy to control with the valve for fine height adjustments.Also good for working on vehicles without good jack points as the contact pad on top is rubber and spreads the load better than the typical metal top on jacks.Works just fine with a small compressor (I use a 2.5 gallon) since this is inflating a bag, not driving a piston back and forth, then dumping the air that was used.

My 2024 Subaru Solterra has deep points and this let me get to them more easily than a standard setup. I would say the issues I had with it is that:1. I still needed hockey pucks to have enough lift.2. Becuase it isnt on wheels, it does not self correct like a normal setup can. You can have a load unbalanced on it and it makes it sticky and jerky as it goes up and down. It also seemed to make items slip more easily.I am always looking for the fastest way to affordably get ALL four wheels in the air for tire rotations and this did help. I'm keeping this, but what I really want I guess are 4 individual mini jacks with built in jack stands to lock them.Pros:1. Fast to roll around2. Only uses a small amount of upright storage space in the garage.3. Lets you get deep to the centerline points without resorting to tiny pumps on a typical setup.

I was actually shopping for a carriage jack and found this air jack. It is a time saver and works so well. Lifting up is smooth, staedy and quick. I've used this jack on a Ford Fusion which is low to the ground as well as a Ford Edge SUV with no issues. I also used it on a Dodge Durango and again smooth quick lifting with no issues. I have my comptessor set at 125 psi. When it was set at 110 psi it would not lift the Dodge Durango but after increasing the psi to 125 it was able to perform as expected. Always be sure to use jack stands whenever working on a raised vehicle.

Great tool terrible customer serviceI mean terrible! My jack came in a really abused box which didn’t bother me and when I removed it all was well, no damage to the product. After unpacking and getting ready to assemble I noticed that the fasteners were missing, well it seems that nowadays no one is concerned with how you would like to proceed it’s just, refund! Refund hurry up and refund and leave us alone! At least that’s how I felt. I didn’t want a refund I wanted what I paid for! It’s a big deal for me to return something especially something heavy like a floor jack, the box was already ruined and this thing is heavy. I contacted the manufacturer hoping to get 6 6mm tapered head nuts and bolts for assembly and all would be resolved. NO WAY! I spoke to an agent and she gave me a list of tasks that I had to perform to get this done. First picture of the product from all angles then picture of the place where the screws go, then a picture of the owners book and parts list describing exactly what was missing! It’s the only bolts on the thing!!!! I expressed my displeasure at being inconvenienced like this as the only thing that I had done was buy the product! Har Nan was Aya and she disconnected on me. I reached out again and the new agent Dershwun I thing got very impatient with me and asked me “ just what do you want?” He said my ticket was sent to Amazon and he was gone!! You know in today’s market place it seems like the solution for everything is refund! Then what? A week or two wasted waiting to be reimbursed and all the trouble of a return and I still wouldn’t have the jack! It cost $2.25 for the hardware that I needed and that’s all I wanted. These people do not listen to their customets

Works, but has a small leak while pressurizing and could not get it to stop even with nylon tape and tightening. Still able to lift car and had no leak when valve closed
