It Needs more holes for height adjustmen, good foot

Just what I was looking for to avoid carrying around a bunch of 4x4 and 2x6 wood shims!

This is strong and sturdy, but it fills with water every time it rains. My friend had his fill with water too and it rusted out the whole bottom of the jack shaft. I drilled a hole in the bottom of this to allow water to drain.

This is perfect for what I was looking for. Adds a little height to my trailer without having to use as many pads. Only complaint is that it rusts easy on the inside because there is no drain for rain water.

Update: 7/4/20After using this a while, I found it was corroding quite badly on the interior as it fills with water. I drilled a small hole in the center to allow it to drain and coated the inside with lubricant but the damage is already done. If the hole was there to start, the zinc chromate finish would have held up better.———-Decided to go with this over just running the tongue jack down on blocks. I worried someone could hit my trailer in storage and knock it off a blocks causing additional damage. This foot would just slide.Nothing surprising here. Fit was as described and it basically has slit forms that create a square in the tube for your tongue jack shaft to set on.

I bought this as a replacement for the original one. My original one, or the one that came with my used trailer, the pin refused to slide in and the previous owners tried to make the holes bigger.So I wanted something that would, well work.. I bought this and it seemed to be an exact replacement, perhaps a little taller, but not much.Super easy to install.The only downfall that I have noticed in almost the year that I have owned it, is that it retains water inside the shaft, which I’m assuming that would led it to rusting. Even though mine has not started to rust, it’s just something to keep in mind.I may somehow drill a hole on the “foot” for drainage but don’t want to weaken the footing

My electric tongue jack has to be completely retracted when hooking to my truck. This extender allows the jack to travel less under normal conditions and extends the jack when on an extreme slope. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought it to add onto my manual tounge jack on my viking travel trailer. This fit on perfectly and it replaces the need to use a piece of 6x6 under the tounge jack due to the height of a weight distribution hitch.

It was a very god purchase. Jack foot is perfect for my trailer.

Fit the trailer jack. I prefered the taller foot. Less cranking to retractthe jack. I take it off the jack dueto clearance issues. Way better than the 6 X 6 I used foryears.

I have received three jacks from Amazon all with the same rust on the inside. It does appear somewhat superficial but for a new item it should be pristine. I let them know each time but they kept rushing out a replacement without checking the product in their warehouse. Note: All were sealed in a bag and did not look used at all.By the time I received the third one, I said, please stop sending me them and lets work out a credit as this is getting ridiculous.I can say beside the rust the item is nice to add 8 inches to the trailer jack and it fit without issue.

Very pleased with this item. Sturdy and safe. Bought this to replace the red cone stand thingy and would not go back.Remember to disconnect this foot before towing.
