The Best!
This cream has worked better than any other product out there, and I’ve tried many! It helped almost immediately with pain and itching. Worth every penny!

It's not as good as ointment
Unfortunately this is a cream and not an ointment. Which mean it lacks lubrication.The onset of relief takes longer since it is dependent of on your skin taking in the medication.I found more comfort and relief from a generic hemorrhoid ointment that doesn't contain lidocaine the pain reliever. This was because it helps ease the pain when passing a stool due to the lubrication of the ointment.I will continue to use it since the medication will help heal the fissure. But I am disappointed that I chose this brand because it was 5% lidocaine when I could have got more relief with a 4% lidocaine "ointment"

Recti care works much faster and better for fast relief this just isn’t doing the job even though both have the same amount of lidocaine

This product definitely deserves a 🔟 of 🔟. Of all the creams I’ve tried, this was the best. Its effect was very fast, I felt relief immediately. What I liked most was that it contributed to the care of my skin 😀
