AMT 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 1:25 Scale Model Kit (AMT1075)

I love these simple kits from AMT as a quick build to enjoy and admire on display. The kit goes together well. No flashing at all. The new tooling gives the body nice crisp lines and detail. This is kit is like a promo kit so it has no opening hood or engine. The decals went on nicely with the use of some decal set and solvent . A joy to build and display! Great kit for a new builder or a child of the appropriate age.

This was a great project to do with my 9 year old grandson. I was building models with his older brother and cousin and he wanted to do one as well. This was the perfect model to do with him.My only complaint would be the quality of the decals. Very flimsy. I expected having to do the tiny ones with a tweezer but the quality of them made it difficult to touch without them breaking apart. Even the large hood decal broke way too easy.Otherwise a great car.

Bought this to make a model of my girlfriends car ads gift for her. Product is brand new in the wrapper ready to go and price was better than hobby shops. Will enjoy building this one.
