This pillow is a must have after shoulder replacement. I didn’t purchase right after my surgery after advice I was given. This is a little big but you can remove the fluff to adjust to your comfort level. I am 5 weeks out of surgery and still use it nightly to keep my arm is a good position during sleeping in the recliner and in bed. Do wait get this right away if you are having replacement surgery even when you are in the sling at night.

This is ok and maybe I should have taken out some filling because to high which made hurt. Feel is good and smart design.

This pillow is really helpful. I wish that I would have had this for my first rotator cuff repair. Don't wait, try it. (Amazon seems pretty easy to make returns)

Sewn BACKWARDS!! Only works as pictured for LEFT arm. Otherwise the pouch for holding hot/cold pack and strap for wrist are UNDER the stupid pillow!

I love your pillow the elastic on what I call the arm rest is great I use it all the time but the proctor for the strap is lousy it should have fabric on both sides I removed it absolutely of no use it never stays where it's needed

The zipper is too small, and the fill isn’t removable as stated. Make the purchase a complete waste, even if it is comfortable to use for my shoulder. Very unhappy with the wash ability issue. Buy only for short term use.

For the few days following surgery this was a nice, soft, and helpful pillow to rest in a more comfortable position.
