Thank you Schar! My only complaint is once the package is opened they go stale VERY quick. Become very chewy. There is not an air tight 'reseal' option which would probably help.Use a zip lock bag immediately is the only option.

Like refried cardboard after someone took as shot of imitation vanilla extract and spewed it all over the cream, but then there was too little cream to actually go on the cardboard wafers so they took the cream and spread it as thinly as possible in the hopes that the sad backwash vanilla flavor would one day see it's ultimate potential and go super Saiyan vanilla in order to overcome the dry and nearly flavorless power of the wafers but alas there weren't enough filler episodes for the vanilla cream to power up and that's why the filling is so thin and the waters so powerfully terrible.I'm sorry I don't know where I was going with that. All I know is that I have 5 unopened boxes of the worst tasting schar product ever and only 3 enemies to give them to.

I buy a lot of Schar gluten-free snacks and they have all been delicious. This one is OK. They were fresh, crisp but lacking much vanilla flavor, a little bland. I know some reviewers noted they were old, no flavoar and past expiration date, but mine were not past the date just lacking much flavor. They are the only gluten free vanilla wafers I can find. Glutino makes lemon and chocolate wafers and they are great but they DO NOT make vanilla. I wish these had more vanilla flavor. Not sure if I will buy again.

I remember eating a cookie like this as a child, many years before having to go on a gluten free diet. One taste of these, brought me right back to my childhood. I love the crunchiness, the vanilla filling, and the fact that they aren’t cloyingly sweet. I’ve been trying different gluten free cookies lately, after one of my favorites doubled in price. It seems that one after the other had a flavor of nothing but sugar. These were a welcome relief with just enough sweetness, but not so much that I couldn’t enjoy the vanilla. I highly recommend.

These wafers are delicous! They taste like a real vanilla wafer. They have that satisfying crunch like a real wafer and suprisingly arent too high in sugar 11g per 4 wafers). They do taste sweet. I can eat about 4 to 6 at one time. Each individual box has 16 wafers inside. I would definetly recommend them. When I can't find these at my local Sprouts Market I order them from Amazon. Although, they are MUCH cheaper in store! About $3 and some change at my local Sprouts.ALLERGY INFORMATION: "Contains Milk and Spy May contain Tree Nuts (Hazelnuts, Almonds).

Although they are marked "best before Dec 2023", these were not crisp and tasted stale. I have bought these in the market and know how they should taste. It's a bad sign when you can smell the wafers after opening the box and BEFORE you open the foil package. I would not buy this again nor recommend them to others.

I didn’t expect greatness from gluten free! These are dangerously good!
