The centrifugal filters look good and solid, similar to more well-known brands. The characteristics/guidelines and certificates of analysis sheets were also included (see photos). I will test the 10k and 100k units with appropriate proteins from my work and report on their performance later.

The media could not be loaded.  This is exactly what I was looking for and it works perfectly. It comes with a Certificate of Analysis and a user manual. Allowed me to perform my experiment successfully.

These centrifuge tubes are well made and I got them because they have the filter and I thought that might help for what I’m using them for. The thing I didn’t think about was they aren’t reusable like the tubes without the filter. Or at least I don’t trust reusing them because I don’t feel I can fully clean that filter. That’s the only down side that I’ve found to these tubes.

I must say, I was impressed with the quality of these tubes. The packaging was secure and protective, the tubes arrived undamaged and in excellent condition.The plastic used for these tubes is of high quality and durability, which is essential when dealing with sensitive samples. The packaging is very solid, which reinforces belief that they were properly sterilized (always a concern with random amazon products)Additionally, the tubes ARE labeled as sterile, which is crucial (tho no docs to check certs).Overall, I definitely recommend these centrifuge tubes for their robustness, thick plastic, claimed sterility, and excellent packaging. They are a sound buy for any lab seeking high-quality and reliable centrifuge tubes.
