I previously had just a regular back seat sling-style cover which after a few years had started to fall apart a bit. I was hesitant to spend so much money on this at first (purchased at the prime price), however the moment I installed it I knew I was silly to have waited so long to try it out! It fits my small car perfectly (Nissan Cube) so should suit any type of car well.This thing is a real game-changer. My previous sling cover would slide around everywhere as dogs got in and out, and so dirt would inevitably still find its way onto the seats underneath. On top of which, it wasn't waterproof, which again isn't ideal! This cover is excellent as it stays firmly in place due to the support pads which really do extend the seat right the way out to the seats in front, so it doesn't move at all and dirt remains on the cover as desired.The material feels really durable and thick, and the padding underneath definitely helps me to feel confident that water from damp fur or any accidents will be kept far away from the seats underneath. You have to install the boards inside the cover yourself and they're separated into 3 pieces, which I guess means that you can fold it away for storage or potentially to open up one or two of the seats if needed. The installation of the boards was a little tricky in parts, but overall it was easy to get it set up. So far, the dogs that have tested it out have seemed very happy being able to use more space in the back, particularly the larger dogs who can now stand and stretch out easily as they like.Overall I would say that although the prime price is still a little steep for what it is, it has already been worth it to me as I'm using my car every day for dogs of all sizes and in all weathers, so knowing that my seats will be more protected and the dogs more comfortable is brilliant.

We often take our greyhound with us on trips and she's more comfortable in the back seat than the boot but prior to using this she would often become unsettled on longer journeys and start digging around which when you're on a motorway isn't the best. Since we started using this and her blanket she's much happier and often just stays put for the whole journey.The gaps for the seatbelts are perfect for making sure she's secured with her harness as we use a seat belt holder system and the pockets are great for storing things like her lead and some collapsible bowls for travel. The full coverage with the individual boards means she's nicely secured, that we can use the footwells for storage on bigger journeys, and still allow for packing up nicely when not in use.It's a bit of faff to set up and take down but once you've done it once you'll have it down.

Creates a slip resistant, safe space for travelling with our dogs. The fabric feels durable, but we used a dog bed and seat belt lead to add to comfort and an added layer of protection. We also used a towel over the inside base to ease cleaning and to absorb moisture. Not sure how it would have worked if the dogs were muddy or if the weather had been wet.The surface that rests on the car seat is very thin, although it has very small rubberised grips (also not very thick), but it feels it will easily tear without much force.Our dogs are calm and took to it very quickly (one large, one small) and slept soundly, with just enough space to change their sleeping positions.Over all, very happy with purchase.

I wanted a cover for the back seat of my Suzuki swift car as my dog wouldn’t settle being in a carrier in the back seat, this cover is very well made, it's very sturdy, and fits perfectly, I bought a dog seatbelt which works perfectly so she can travel safely in the back and is able to move around I’ve actually lay in the back and it’s held my weight perfect I would highly recommend this cover I bought a 2nd for my husbands car it’s very easy to fit takes less than 5mins to fit in the car, each side can be lifted up if someone needs to sit in the back for travelling 100% satisfaction

Looks so much neater than my previous hammock style cover.Surprisingly sturdy and stays in place.Covers back area completely.

This is a game changer. Seems well made . My 45kg Labrador loves it - makes a lot more useable space on the rear seats and he can be near us. Handy pockets for lead & toys. Also side zips make getting in & out of the car possible from both sides. Able to remove a base board and allow a passenger to sit in the back with the dog. Hopefully it will be durable- will see- but 1st outing was a great success. Seems to protect the car well.

It’s fabulous. I have it in an Up so not masses of room in the front because of the size of the base. Ok for me but my 6’ partner certainly couldn’t drive with the hammock in situ!Other than that it’s fabulous, we’llMade. Nicer colour than I realised (black with blue binding) and fits the width of the car really well. We have a soft dog bed on top so our pup is cosy.I would definitely recommend this wellmade product. I was surprised that the quality is so good when compared to the price.Our pointer loves it! Thank you.
