Worst product
Within 3-4 months drum very noise. Machine misplaced when rinse . Don't buy i tried too customer service. They are not proper response. Don't buy

Excellent product.
It is definitely an excellent product. Almost no noise. It is so quiet that I have to keep checking if it is working or not. Quality is nice. Just it doesn't have soft closing lid. Wash quality is excellent. It cleans very very nice. My white t-shirts are still very white. Very impressed with whirlpool services and products. I even have refrigerator of whirlpool only. It is also very nice.

Don't buy it.
The media could not be loaded. Very nice!It's not for washing purposes. Just check the noise it produces while washing.Go for other company's product.
