Fun & Authentic Nostalgia
Small, plastic, and totally retro MLP fun. These were some of my favorite ponies growing up. While they are 100% plastic (no silky hair to brush, alas) and tiny (not the full size ponies), they are still very fun to look at if you are searching for some nostalgia.

These are adorable and so colorful. My daughter loved them. They are durable and bring me back to my pony days. Definitely worth the price.

Cute throwback to the 80's
I grew up watching the original My Little Pony cartoon, so I'm loving the nostalgia factor these mini figures provide! They're adorable!

Small but quality!
This 6 pack is a great tribute for both old my little pony fans and new. while the dolls are rather smaller than expected, especially smaller than the generation 1 mane 6 pack from a few years ago which is the most comparable (see photo) but overall the dolls are very high quality with excellent printing and have no trouble standing up. but what is probably the draw to many including myself is the box, which has beautiful art inspired by the my little pony film "Rescue at Midnight Castle". the art features the 6 characters in the box in a very crisp and clean style, and the back features the main antagonist from said movie, overall, this set is a must buy for my little pony fans who are fans of generation 5, and are going back looking at the history, or fans who want a trip down memory lane and some nostalgia.

Definitely highly recommend if you're a fellow G1 MLP lover! They did a great job at keeping their original form and not making them overly dramatic and cartoony in appearance (can you tell I'm not a fan of G3.5 and up?). They have brushable tails with ribbons which is cute. I'll probably keep these in the box. I might buy a second to open and stage them in various places. The art is VERY cartoony on the box but it's still a really nice packaging set up. If you know someone who loves G1 My Little Pony, get them this! Friends, your bestie will adore you! Parents, your kid will forget all those irritating times you said "because I said so"! Boyfriends, she'll be dropping her... um, well, yeah. Just get it, is the point I'm making. For yourself or as a gift.
