Would not power on. Review update
Cooler would not power on. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. There are multiple phone numbers but nobody answers them. I was eventually contacted by customer service regarding my issues with this product. Customer service worked hard to address my problems and I have a working cooler. Rating was updated based on good customer service recovery.
