The heat and vibration does wonders when my back is acting up.It has a 30-minute auto shut-off for safety, and a rechargeable battery with a USB charger included. It lasts for a few hours per charge. It's highly portable too! I recommend!

The media could not be loaded. I HD many issues with my lower back since I messaged it up mowing the lard. The pain was getting so bad I could barely move some days. This massager belt is a life saver! The heat and vibration together really help loosen up my back and make it feel so much better. The red light therapy is a nice bonus too wasn't sure if it would do anything but I actually feel a difference. Battery last long enough for multiple uses and it's super easy to wear around the house. I even use it while watching TV or working at my desk. Wish I got this sooner!

Even though the first two of this item did not last long because using both the red light therapy and massage therapy at the same time like the instruction said, I didn't give up on this item. I had ordered a few more of the therapy belt. So far by using one of the therapy at a time ⏲️, it's lasting much longer. I'm pleased so far. Both red light and massage therapy are very helpful for my health issues. I will continue with my review in a year from now.

It worked well for my severe back pain but then stopped charging fully even after being plugged in all night long. It would shut off after only 5 or 10 minutes and would not turn back on. I kept trying to recharge it thinking i was doing something wrong but it still wouldn't work right. I tried calling the company but it is in China and they would not answer their phone. Thankfully Amazon let me return it even though I was one day after the return day. I really like this massager/heater but won't trust this company again if they won't answer their support number!

With Red Light becoming such a huge industry, I have done extensice research and found that many companies are using red lights that are not infared, just red lights. It has auto shut off after 30 minutes, the battery is rechargable with USB, life of battery on full charge is 6 hours (do not use anything but the USB cable it comes with or you will burn out the battery) It is portable. When I have to drive more than 3 hours I wear it while driving - AMAZINGIf you suffer with lower back issues I promise you this is going to change your day!!!!

I wish it massaged more the vibrates. It’s quite loud as well, but the heat and lack of constraint while using is so nice. Battery power last about 20 minutes. 😏

Recently been having bad back ache (sciatica) and I found that heated pads from drug stores worked, I just didn't want to go through them so quickly so I found this product and it changed my back pain. Recently used in the car and in the office seating and my back pain is virtually gone. I mainly use it for the heated purpose but it done it job and take it on and off easily with one hand. Lasts a good 30min and I love that its battery powered as I can in the morning and in the office. Material wise is soft and doesn't irritate my skin and adjustable to fit any waist. Customer service even reached out to solve a single issue I had, would buy from again

I think I may have liked this belt, however it does not have Velcro and therefore is unusable as advertised and intended. I saw another review with the same complaint, thought it was just a one off Mfg. Defect. Both belts I purchased had no way of attaching around waist. Really odd!Update: There is a piece of cloth covering the Velcro which must be removed. Belt works great now.
