The media could not be loaded. I received shampoo and conditioner but when I opened the shampoo bottle leaked out and there was no choice to return or replace item

Awesome product
First few weeks back to school and my daughters class had a lice outbreak. All my daughters friends had it but not my daughter. Only thing we did different was using this product every day. This has to be why my daughters hair was spared. And it smells delis ious.
