Q: usually for undershirts i wear L and thats pretty fitted and xl is a little to big any recommendations on the size i should i get this shirt ?

David, Thompson Tees are excellent at preventing embarrassing sweat stains of your outer shirt. I would recommend a size large because the snugger the fit under your armpits the better it works. Lastly, only buy one shirt first because you may be able to wear size Medium. Hope this helps.

Yes, it just works for sweat through the armpits. Not the back. But I have to say, it really works well under the arms.

They are good for under normal T-shirt. Depending on the size of the sleeves of the T-shirt, you migh have to roll up the Thompson Tee
