Baking and grilling is perfect in this OTG. All functions are working perfect.

With a very disappointment, I have to write this review after 4 months of waiting. I bought an AGARO Royal 60 Litres Oven on 23.03.24. Within one month one of its 5 heating rods stop working properly, which you can see from the attached photo. I complained, and after a few days they responded and on 29 May 2024, they verified the product through a video call. At first, the person tried to normalise the situation that, the rod still heats and it's a normal thing, but electricity distribution is uneven - like this many logics. i had only one question when I bought the product, the how first couple of weeks it was Ok. Anyway, he asked for the details and I gave him. He said they will revert soon. It's 4 months gone. 2 different calls I received in different times. they just verified if the problem was solved or not, but no action after that. this is the worst service I received till now, in fact no service yet. I suggest using your mind and buying the right products, who has a better service chain. AGARO IS WORST IN SERVICE AND EVEN IN PRODUCT (my experience). I don't know when they are going to resolve this, but my 10k is used in the wrong product I believe.

Very good OTG for home needs. I have already made pizzas, breads, muffins and they came out very good. Heat distribution is good and the 60 liters capacity is more than what I expected. I could easily make extra large pizzas ( 12 to 13 inches diameter). Cord length is not that long, but not an issue for me. It takes quite some space on the counter top for its size. I haven't used the rotisserie function yet and hence cannot comment. I had an issue with the timer knob. raised a service request and got it done within a week by the service team. Overall, an awesome product for the kitchen and value for money. Thanks to Agaro !

I've bought this product and many other agaro products from Amazon. As I was shifting in a new house. Just realised that crumb collection tray is missing in my box and it's has been quite a long time I've bought this 60 ltr oven. Hoping to get some help from the company.

Item ordered in Republic day sale and received in 2 days. Product received in Good shape and good packing. Video demo given by Agaro customer care within 48 hours. Initially baked some muffins and cake. OTG working well. Overall good product... Thank u.

Rods are not turning redfrom the first day of purchase

The media could not be loaded. First of all it's not 60ltrs, it's close to 48ltrs. It's false claim that this otg is 60ltrsWhen I recived the brand new product,it's one leg was damaged, I still managed and continued my work as my earning is dependent on OTG. Even after sacrificing so much, this shifty product abruptly stopped working after just 3 months. Customer car is pathetic, I m after them since a week, and they are super slow, I get response in one or two messages in a day. I escalated all the problem arise.Whoever is thinking to buy this, plz don't get tapped. This is Chinese company, hence they proved.There are many brands on Amazon, but any other OTG but don't buy this
