Some Parts Extremely Cheap Plastic
Some of the parts are made of extremely cheap plastic. On the 1st pic the whole thing broke on the very first try. The glue gun you can feel at the seams how it starts misalign not too safe and you can definitely find a better quality glue gun for cheap at an arts and crafts store.The dent puller is made of metal and is good for DIY at home. There's suction cup pullers, quite a bit of glue sticks and other pretty decent things in the bag.Would I buy this again, probably not. I think I would buy the individual pieces like the metal dent puller. The two pieces in the picture and glue gun, are the main pieces I was excited to use, which made this a little disappointing.

Sub-par glue gun
The reason I gave this kit 3 stars is because the glue sucks. I got a grand total of 1 use out of it. Otherwise, everything else seems to be of good quality and works as advertised. We're it not for the screwy glue gun I would given it a higher rating.

Breaks with little force, glue gun does not work
Sucks and does not handle the force needed to pull a dent out, tabs break at the bottom of the tool, the plastic parts break on all tools and split at the manufacturing joint, not as advertised, really bad quality tools that last 3 to 4 tries, long rods split the paint and leave worst look than the dent, do not recommend the product.
