As so many devices require regular charging these days, a socket with added USB charging ports is a very useful thing to have in the house. It was a straight fit for the existing 2 gang socket it replaced and it works perfectly to charge a variety of devices including iPhones and iPads. As it is located under a worktop, I have screwed in a cup hook beside it and hung an iPhone/iPad charging cable on the cup hook ready for use. The socket is good quality and nicely finished.

Item arrived very soon after ordering. Easy to instal providing you know what you’re doing - if in doubt get an electrician! Reasonable price and good quality.

Only gave it 4stars as had to get replacement as first one did not work Was a bit inconvenient but replacement is good

Purchased 2 of these AET sockets. Firstly in Jan 2021 and again in October 2021 when the first one broke. The USB socket breaks and pins bend. Never had an issue with any other USB socket and I've got several around the house. The second one bought in October has also now broken with the same issue. Small piece of plastic has come out. I've managed to pop it back in but it comes out each time I unplug it. Not great quality clearly or I've been very unlucky.

Slick design and very useful, now that most of my devices are charging over USB. Thinking about changing a few more plugs to this one..

Good product, looks expensive, gives off a little buzz when using the usb but I think they all do
