I purchased this portable jump starter to replace one I was given as a gift. In short, the alligator clamps just simply fell apart from the pivot point--I was not impressed.I came across this product and it looked solid. I am very impressed with this Asperx AX3500.Everything looks "First Class". From the cellophane wrapped box--which is a sturdy box. Inside the box, the battery was wrapped in a slip cover, plus the display has a screen protector for in-transit protection. There is a slip/dust cover to keep the battery in to protect it, user manual, a cigarette lighter plug with 2- USB charging ports, 2- charging cables--1 a USB-C on both ends and the other a USB-A to USB-C, both are generous in length (as some included cables are somewhere around 4 - 5 inches)., an adapter to connect a cigarette lighter plug then plug into the battery, the alligator clamps are hefty and feel very sturdy in comparison to the smaller type clamps. Plus, these clamps feel better in my hand than the smaller ones.The battery arrived with 74% charge--and instructions recommend to fully charge before use.I can't forget to mention the light, which is bright enough to see what your working on---plus the light has a flash mode and SOS mode and the large display for battery life and other indicators.All in all---I highly recommend this portable jump starter.

I have only had this starter pack for about 6 months and have used it a LOT. The size of these new packs make them easy to take anywhere and they pack a punch. I use it weekly for one of our mowers (really need to buy a battery). I have started multiple ATV's and side x sides, used on my tractor, 4 cylinder cars, old school large V8's. It has been a very valuable tool and we keep it in the vehicle whenever we travel. Also to note, it seems to charge at a good speed and you can start a lot of smaller engines on a charge, multiple starts on larger engines as well. The bag did tear pretty quick, but that's not a reflection on the unit itself. I will say the only reason it didn't get a 5/5 from me is that I just had one of the jumper cable crack at the hinge and it had to be taped in order to clamp on batteries now. I am not 100% sure the cause of this issue, but I will say that they appear to be well made and would still buy this again.

I purchased this a few months ago. I didn't need it until the other day. I accidentally left my inside lights and the radio on for a day and half. Was leaving for work and battery was dead. Hooked up the battery pack and it worked perfect! Nice unit, well built and very easy to use. The unit was still at 100% charge and after the jump it was at 99%. Great for peace of mind!!

Used for car starter and battery bank.Item is as described.I do like it is small enuf to fit in my car without being obvious or taking up a lot of space.

The product on the outside seems to be of good quality and has simple features like a large screen to see current charge and a LED flashlight option. Charging is somewhat limited as the ports seem loose. The main jumper port had a burn mark and was broken.

So, first time using it and very happy. When you connect the grips to the battery a little light comes on to tell you if you've got it right. Fortunately it told me to swap over, you would think the battery would be clearly labelled + - but it wasn't. I had to use the boost feature and did that twice before it jumped back to life. This was on a diesel estate mercedes that had been sat for 5 weeks. So I recommend this product 👌
