The truth exceeded my expectations
The media could not be loaded. Despite being an APS-C, the quality is good and almost distortion-free.

The purpose of this lens
This lens really shines when it comes to video. It can get underwater shots, tiny nook and cranny shots and shots that would otherwise be unavailable to you. However, it does not replace your macro lens for photography. It is just not good enough for those kinds of shots. Yes, if you stick it in a dark hole to capture something that is hidden in there, it would be irreplaceable. But if you’re looking for a single lens for macro, this is not it. This is a video lens mostly. The pictures I uploaded that has a f 0.0 are the ones taken with this lens. The other two comparable images were taken with the same body (Sony A7RV) The AstrHori is at f 12. The spider pic was taken about 3 inches away from the animal using a 10sec timer and the lens light on high in shaded sunlight. The sandpaper pic was also around f 11 but it was about 1/2 inch from the subject. The other two images were taken using a 70-200 OSS GM II with a 2x teleconverter and both lenses were in APS-C mode. This means the Sony lens was actually a 210-600mm f8 and f45 respectfully, and was about 3 feet from the subjects.Overall I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of its unique ability to capture those special shots that most people can’t get whether video or still. The only other lens that I know of like this costs twice as much.

It came with a little hair INSIDE the glass
Lens came with a hair inside the glass and no one is taking care of that, I don't even live in the US to be going to the offices or doing what they want me to do instead of just sending me a CORRECT lens, im sure the lens ins AMAZING and the price is ok, but the service is crap
