Burns are painful and being in the volunteer fire and rescue in the late 1990s to early 2000s I used some new burn gel on a 7 year old child that fell into the hot wood stove when I arrived he had burns on his chest and stomach the gel stopped his scheming and crying so when I purchased this recently I did so knowing how painful burns are and figured now that it is 2024 the gels are more advanced than in the late 90s and early 2000s my 20 year old daughter burned her wrist with second degree burns and I put this on her quickly. She said it felt nice and really helped. We kept the container as there is lots of burn liquid in it after you use the pad so I was able to frequently change out her burn dressing with a regular thick sterile gauze pad and then pour the excess burn liquid on the clean pad. We did that for about 3 days then decided that it was time to let the fresh air with nothing on it do the rest. She healed up quite well

This brand gets criticized for being Chinese and not having all the western certifications. I like that they make it possible to build a trauma kit at an affordable cost. I’ve opened their gauze and there is now difference to the better brands. I haven’t used these yet, but they feel like they are full of a soothing liquid. I did avoid their chest seals because the likely hood of the adhesive being reliable is not great and impossible to know until you need it. But this product is very simple and highly likely to work. Maybe the more expensive ones are more of a gel. But realistically, these are never going to get used. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have. If I do need them, I will be glad to have even the cheap ones.

These burn dressings work really well for a variety of different applications. You should absolutely have one of these in your IFAK or first aid kit. These work really well to minimize pain, but can also be important for minimizing additional damage. These are worth every penny.

These were perfect for refilling supplies in our first aid kits. I work with a student group that travels and does service and we have to replace items on their first aid kits. These worked great.

A bit larger than expected but definitely not a bad thing, have not used any yet but I trust Rhino rescue and have a lot of their products. Good quality at a very fair price.
